- LGLynnette GyllenbladNov 17, 20231.0My phone stopped working today. I went to the Cricket store today around 3:45pm but the door was locked and there was no one at the store to help me. There was no note on the door to say when they would be back..The store hours on the door said they are open till 7pm. I have a land line phone which I'm using to be on hold with Cricket customer service...It has been over 45 minutes and I'm still on hold waiting to get help with my phone. I think if a store has a place of business we customers should be able to trust that they will be open to help with phone services. I need this phone for my work and my daily business. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional for the store to have no one there. The next time I buy a phone I need to investigate how they will help me if there is a problem. I am extremely disappointed with this non-service.
