- JWJames WhiteDec 1, 20251.0Zero stars the company should’ve kept the store on Cesar Chavez the manager Trey and Ryan actually knew what they were doing and were great with their customers. You’re a prepaid company not postpaid stop trying to push watches on your customers without them knowing it.

The guy just stares at you the whole time you walk around. We called in to ask if they had a phone, but when we got there, he said they don't sell that one. Waste of time and money, Cricket phones are junk anyways, don't shop here. I've always thought Cricket was creepy, especially with there weird slogan, "Smile, you're on Cricket", a spin off of 'Smile, you're on camera!' They are spying on us.

I have been with cricut for over a year I've done one upgrade you get one every three months. Cricket has been nothing but a disappointment and I will be switching soon
