I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Steve sold me an iPhone and a week later, Luke helped me with the trade in of the old device. These two gentlemen were stellar! I felt respected as they listened to and answered my questions. When I left the store, I felt confident in navigating my new phone. At a time when customer service can sometimes be lacking---this was not the case!! I'm grateful for the two of you!
