    Switched from T mobile a few months ago. It was a long process and it got messed up the first time where i could get about half of my texts on my new phone, but half the texts and all the phone calls were still going to my old t mobile phone. Not a big deal, got it fixed a few days later. I also switched my internet from midco to Verizon the same day. The cost was about half as much as midco which sounded great. It is much slower, even though they claim it's 5g. The service is constantly disconnecting from my devices and I have to retype the password every single time it does this on my TV, which happens several times daily, sometimes 5 times in 10 minutes then I just give up. Also there is no way to change the password to something easier to type or remember so that's a big inconvenience. However, the worst part about Verizon is that before I made my final decision about switching I asked for the accurate amount of my monthly bills. I was given papers and told what my exact amount would be every month, tax included. They promised that would be the monthly amount. They lied. They did not mention all the superfluous fees and surcharges they add for no reason on every device, adding an additional $35 to my bill. That's 25% higher than I was told, which is a pretty significant difference, and if I wasn't stuck in a contract now, I would switch back to t mobile and midco
