    Terrible customer service after being a loyal customer for 25+ years. You can't believe a word they say even when you straight up ask them if there is any hidden fees. Pray on older customers who don't understand their mumble jumble, rush them to sign contracts they don't give them a chance to read. Literally HATE this store. Have attempted multiple times to get to a resolution to a billing issue from 2023 because they lied about how much our family owes and no one ever calls or emails us back. Unfortunately, we have to stick with this garbage customer service and garbage phone until I pay it off and switch our entire family to T Mobile since these cruel people don't care to try to make things right.
