Came in with my Xbox because the website had said I could get a free diagnostic, I walk in and the man behind the counter was wildly unprofessional. I didn't get his name as he didn't have his nametag, but this was at 10:20 on Friday, December 26th. He was very condescending and acted like he knew so much more then me. He told me that I needed a protection plan with best buy to send it in and that was the only option, despite the website saying otherwise. If I need a protection plan to get anything done with my Xbox, why is this place sponsored for Xbox repairs?

Told me it would take 2 weeks to get my laptop screen repaired I was sent a thing to notify me on the process I was notified that my appt was canceled after 3 days and got no notifications after I call and get no help and I go in the store after 2 weeks of waiting and I’m told they shipped it to the wrong place so it was being shipped back and that they’ll ship it back out again to the right place and it would be another 2 weeks I’m a college student and need my computer I will never recommend geek squad to anyone I will never come back I wish there was a way to get my money back it’s just was waste of time and I drove 2 hours and am told I could’ve went to an Apple Store and the closest one is a 4 hour drive

You cannot call a store directly anymore. Half the time I get a “cannot complete this call as dialed message”. If I actually do get through on the local store number, it goes to a call center, not the store. Therefore, a person cannot reach someone specific at the store, cannot call directly to check on a repair project in process, cannot check to see if a certain product is in stock (and the website is unreliable for info). Too frustrating…I am done using this vendor.

Bought a TV from Bestbuy back in August and I couldn't be any happier! But.. my screen went out 2 months later, I called Geek Squad to request a in-home repair and I got nothing but no call no shows! I am paying 150 for insurance and yet they can't do what they suppose to do? The worst service I have ever had! Lost my business
