  Told me it would take 2 weeks to get my laptop screen repaired I was sent a thing to notify me on the process I was notified that my appt was canceled after 3 days and got no notifications after I call and get no help and I go in the store after 2 weeks of waiting and I’m told they shipped it to the wrong place so it was being shipped back and that they’ll ship it back out again to the right place and it would be another 2 weeks I’m a college student and need my computer I will never recommend geek squad to anyone I will never come back I wish there was a way to get my money back it’s just was waste of time and I drove 2 hours and am told I could’ve went to an Apple Store and the closest one is a 4 hour drive -Rylin Hefty

  Ordered a remote start online for my car. Waited over a month for an install date. Get to drop my car off and get the "we don't install this on cars with manual transmissions. Store policy" Awesome, you think Best buy would, you know, SPELL THIS OUT instead of wasting my time. And further I had to wait 25 minutes for them to return it because it was past the returnable date.
