It's best buy everyone is on their phones commission based employees are helpful when it benefits themselves I get it it's just not very professional seems like everyone is 20-25 and your an inconvenience but they helped me and that's a Win

I was in best buy to purchase a new printer. I was greeted at the door right away. I was approached 3 times for assistance which was wonderful. The machines were all dusty and made me wonder if they were the most recent models.
However, the restrooms smelt like they had not been properly cleaned in 5 years. It was unbearable. The dirt and grime in the bathroom was disgusting. Soap dispensers were broken and empty. Paper towel dispenser was out of order. Someone needs to put some effort into cleanliness in the store.
I shopped elsewhere and found what I was looking for.

Absolute garbage customer service. I had reserved a geek squad appointment. Waited 20 extra minutes for an insincere smile and no help whatsoever from the blonde girl wearing glasses. I will never purchase here again.

Staff was rude. I needed a router (I think that's what it's called). As usual, I had to find someone to help me. (There has been as many as 6 people in a group with several of them looking at me, but not asking if I need anything). After asking someone, they called for someone else to come help me. (They were busy with another customer). I did not want to spend a lot of money on this. I had the one we currently have in our house (a new one) in my hand. I wanted them to explain the difference between 3 of them. They were all cheaper ones. We don't need anything fancy. He kept showing me the expensive ones. He pointed at the shelf were something was out of stock. After a few exchanges, I asked him to tell me about what he was pointing to (that wasn't stocked). He rudely said "it looks like you've already made up your mind". He turned and walked away. VERY rude! I'm glad it was my Internet instead of what I had bought. I was glad to return it! I'm not going to this store again! I've had too many bad experiences to try again.
