It was a clean store but there was lots of empty displays. Seems like the only thing they had were tvs. And probably enough to fill every home in a third world country with 1 or 2 of them

Paid for a wire harness and some how after I gave them the info they gave me the wrong harness I live so far away

Called and checked online for refills, they said they had at least 7 in stock.
Walked in later same day, they had 2 in stock. I get it they sell out.
The reason for the review is the customer experience.
I was greeted by person at door.
Cashier didn't greet me, I felt as if I had interrupted his time leaning against the wall, and he had his hands in his shirt near his breasts/stomach the entire interaction. Cashier didnt know how to process what i needed and needed 3 other people to assist him. He got only 1 of the refills when I asked for 5. Huffed when I reminded him I needed 5 total. Initial cashier could not finish the transaction and another cashier had to step in.
Second cashier was great, friendly, and quick.
Store was a bit in disarray with dirty counters and broken clear flyer holders at the registers.

HORRIBLE customer service. READ BEFORE PURCHASING!! Called the "320" phone number, and I got a live person...in a call center. I was calling to have best buy hold a product that they had one left. The call center said they don't do that, and I couldn't be directly connected to a store associate because the associates spend to much time on the phone helping customers than they do helping customers in the store. We are all customers....the difference is Best Buy doesn't give a shit about you unless you actually are in store paying money. Theu dint care about your questions or helping you...just your dollars. DONT BUY FROM best buy...buy the product from another retailer and use Best Buy as a price match! That's all Best Buy is good for anyway. Best Buy is failing...they're a dying breed and THIS IS WHY!

Wow cant say enough 0 stars in every aspect. Employee are rude, slow and don't want to help. Never enough on shift in years. Watch return they will keep few bucks. They ordered me wrong meta glasses took 2wk delivery. Returned they were rude when they did order. Refund me except tax they kept. They order 2nd they double the taxes to keep. All this really stung when Refused to do faster ship as now would take a month?! Snotty and arrogance. Cancel the order to lose more money. Ordered through company. Then came correct and a few days later. Really rubbish.
