I refused, seeing as that’s absurd, the defective laptop was on them not me. Instead, to keep me quiet they told me I was free to try, and placed me in a cubby with my dead laptop and the replacement they handed me. As if I would somehow magically conjure the power of Zeus to revive the old one to retrieve my data. She told me to check Time Machine, and left. When I asked for help I was told you can’t get data from a dead laptop. No shit. I was under the impression they had ways I wasn’t aware of and that’s why they offered me the cubby. Why the hell was I placed in the cubby. Never buying from here again.
