  Waited for more than 20 mins for a technician even though I had an appointment. No one cared. 2 stars of an understanding technician guy

  Went in for my scheduled appointment and had my problem solved quickly with a friendly staff member. Was instantly greeted at the front too.

  Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I walked in expecting to buy a new MacBook and transfer my data. Right as I walk in, they stare at me, not helping me at all. Someone tells me to stand to the side and I proceed to stand for 40+ minutes until someone decides to ask if I needed help. I told the employee the exact model of MacBook I wanted and that I could pay upfront, I was meant to scan for my appointment but I told him that my phone was not updated and would not work to scan the qr, he told me to try anyway and when it didn't work he said "oh looks like your phone isn't updated, try typing it in" as if I did not just say that to his face... when that was figured out he took me to the back to get started and then was looking at their stock and told me that the MacBook I wanted was not in stock. I had told him from the beginning what MacBook I wanted and he proceeded to waste my time and his. Like what is happening right now. I would not recommend this Apple because the employees do not seem to know what they are doing.

  I came in to pick up a phone I ordered online. Kelly Day was so helpful, and was an absolute delight to talk with while helping me get my order settled and protected with AppleCare. She made the experience so seamless, personable, and enjoyable:) thanks Kelly!

  I made an appointment and got there on time. I was looking for someone to check in with and every staffer was helping someone. Eventually a young white store employee with dyed blonde hair and fancy painted nails approached me and asked if I was needing to check in. I replied very with a very polite and neutral-toned “yes”. She then looked down at her pad and just walked away from me and sat down to start helping a person with a tech issue. I was so confused. Was I being trolled? It made no sense. I checked in with someone else and told them that I just had a bad customer experience with the woman who walked away from me. They just rolled their eyes and laughed - no apology. I then waited 20 minutes before someone eventually helped me with my computer issue. It’s bush league customer service stuff at Rosedale Apple Store, and nobody seems interested in making it right.
