The first time I came here the worker accidentally checked me in wrong so I was waiting for quite a while. Thankfully one of the other workers noticed and started to help me right away. When I normally would have been frustrated they were all so kind and were great the rest of my visit. Most recently I needed to go back to have my phone looked at again. Jason was absolutely amazing! He helped explain the whole process and what he was doing and answering any questions I had. I needed to back up my phone and decided to sit and wait. While I waited for the backup to finish he went to help other guests, checking in with me between each one to see where it was at and to see if I was doing okay. When he was busy with another guest he asked Christian to finish getting my phone set up. He was great and also helped me with any questions I had and checked in with me as I waited for everything to load. Everyone I have talked to here as been very helpful and kind! Great group!

I recently got the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and one morning my charging port suddenly stopped working. I went to Best Buy and ordered a replacement part, but it never arrived. So I called Apple and scheduled an appointment at the Apple Store. When I got to the store, everything seemed fine at first, but the technician never mentioned that my cellular service (Verizon) would be erased during the process. When I realized it, I explained that I couldn’t go to the Verizon store because I wasn’t familiar with the area and I had already driven a long distance to get there. They didn’t offer much help, just showed me a map really quickly and told me to take a picture. While trying to follow that map to find the Verizon store, I almost got into an accident, so I turned around and went back to Apple. It felt like one issue after another, and honestly, I was really disappointed. I regret going there, and I don’t think I’ll ever return. The whole experience even made me reconsider using an iPhone, and now I’m thinking about switching to a different phone altogether. Shoutout to the female worker who was patient and helped me out. But overall, this was the worst experience ever.

My version of hell on earth. We make appointments and still sit and wait. The phone has been broken for r months and nobody here has been helpful. They have us log into the online support, send us home to wait for next steps, send us back here... to sit and wait even longer. They schedule appointments every 10 minutes but have one scheduled technician to get through everyone.

We went there to buy the new iPhone 17 and the guy we had.Just didn't want to help us at all.So, we got pushed off to someone else and she helped us.We were there for over 2 hours.Still couldn't transfer our information under the new phones. Why?I don't know, the store ended up closing. We had to walk around the whole building to get out, i told. Them that if I couldn't transfer my information that I would be back because it would do me no good.So when I got home , I talked to my son about it , and he took care of both of our phones. I mean, it took my son not even an hour to program everything.Everything in just fixed everything in our falling, and they could even do that at the Apple Store.I was very disappointed but I was ready to bring them back. Do not suggest going to that apple store at rosedale.

Infuriating experience. Showed up 7 minutes early to pick up a phone for my son that was pre-ordered online. Was told I had to wait to the appointed time. Ok fine. At the appointed time the unshaven genius still couldn't find the order and passed me off to someone else. That person called someone on a phone, and they passed me off to another person. Clerk #3 passed a phone to me and say I have to call some number "to push my order through". Push it through? I have an order confirmation. My bank shows the pending charge. I played the game so I could get the stupid phone. The IVR then says, the device would be ready between X:00 and X:15, it was already X:13, but clerk #3 says "oh you'll get a text when its ready and you can just come back then." I opted to stay. While this nonsense was going on, multiple people came and picked up their order without issue. Eventually it got all figured out. Steve Jobs would be spinning in his grave if he wasn't cremated. First and last time I'll ever go into an Apple store, the place was like flies on dog excrement.
