  I absolutely love my inn store service that I get from best buy roseville. I have bought a lot of different products. However, I can't stand when I call the number and I get the hotline number that is a call center with no one with knowledge. I miss being able to call the store and talk someone with floor experience.

  Highly recommend another Best Buy before looking at Roseville. I worked with the geek squad here and had issues with a computer. I was told I needed a new one without checking it in from their staff and took it to the Minnetonka geek squad for a second opinion.They LAUGHED at what Roseville told me and were able to fix it within a day! Do not recommend this Best Buy at all. Awful Geek squad team here.

  Planned to purchase this in store, but it was unavailable in store and only a demo/display unit was available, so I ordered it instead. Delivery was delayed, and when the laptop finally arrived it was defective out of the box. It would not boot and went straight into a Windows automatic repair loop. I completed the standard troubleshooting and confirmed it was a defective-on-arrival device. Support routed me between Geek Squad and order support, and because there was still no in-store inventory, the only option offered was to return the device and wait 6–8 days for a new one to ship. For a premium laptop at this price point, that is not an acceptable experience. A defective device should be replaced immediately with a faster and simpler resolution process. Returned the laptop and chose not to repurchase.

  Since they quit carrying most of what I was buying, I only check them out every few years. They provide good customer service for the mass market electronics that are popular.

  The product that was advertised on the line was not at the store. When I asked an employee, the inventory said that they had a couple in stock, but they couldn't find them. I have noticed that Best Buy has been decreasing items they once stocked. the items that they used to have in stock were the reason I go there. so I'm losing interest.
