Visit the Apple Store to shop for iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, iPad and more. Our Specialists will answer your questions and get you set up. Or get technical support at the Genius Bar.
When you first come in the store there’s one person in the center who is looking to greet you & you tell them what you’re here for & then they direct you to one of the tables to wait. So we do, & there’s like 3-4 employees at the iphone tables helping guests but you don’t get greeted or you don’t get told that someone will be right with you. You just stand there until an employee approaches you. I’d say customer service is mid- could be better. Then I came in another day to trade in my phone, again waited at the iphone tables until an employee was ready to help, waited about 15 mins then an employee named Kelly approached us & she was super friendly & outgoing. Introduced herself right away & asked for my name & what I was here for. She helped set up my new iphone, walked me through all the steps in full transparency & even invited me to listen to an Apple presentation hosted by Brett (thank you Brett for your time!) while I wait for my phone to transfer over. Thank you Kelly for giving me a good experience, I wish I saw you before I left!

Went in to see what was in stock and buy a new 17 pro for my gf. Not trading in or anything. Buying outright. Rep wanted to see the phone that would be replaced. I figured this was just to see the capacity and how full the phone was, which I guess makes sense (I didn’t ask for him to do this, I already knew the phone capacity and how much storage was used, the capacity that would work for the new phone, he simply didn’t ask).
He wound up killing all the open apps, connecting to the store WiFi and connecting some Apple evaluation service, then doing something that forced re-entry of her Apple ID account password. Never explaining why he was doing this or asking our permission to do so. I should have stopped him, but I tend to be quiet and didn’t want to cause a scene. If we were going in to pick up & set up the new phone in-store.. sure we needed to know the Apple ID credentials. But the type of visit we were doing? No, this was not necessary at all. If we hadn’t figured out her password, would we then have been locked out of her phone?? A bit unsettling and all without telling us a thing or explaining what or why he was doing things.
I went into the store with very specific goal. See what color/capacity 17 pro we could walk out that day with. Would have taken him 2 minutes to simply look at inventory. Instead he dug around in the phone and did stuff he really had no business doing. Had us wait while he did a return for someone else. The trip took 10x the time it should have. And btw we walked out empty handed because they had nearly nothing in stock.
I come to this store all the time for my own devices, typically just doing in store pickup. I work as an engineer and am plenty tech savvy to deal with most things Apple on my own. Even participated in their iPhone/iPad support forums awhile back helping others. So I really don’t need help from sales people or appreciate them digging around unnecessarily without communicating.
Those prior experiences have always been pretty good for me at this location. Which is why I’m not torching them with a single star. This experience alone was one star, but I’ll give them some benefit of the doubt

S/O to Lauren, Johnny, Thomas, and Kelly. I appreciate your help with everything. 5 star service for not the most fun errand to run (switching phone providers, adding business lines, phone upgrade, etc) thank you for your kindness and support!

This Apple Store has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and honestly it feels discriminatory.
I’ve been there three separate times and every visit has been a complete waste of time. Each time I watched employees walk around helping other customers immediately while I was repeatedly told to sit and wait. First visit, I went to help my aunt repair her phone. We waited nearly four hours from start to finish. Second visit, my aunt simply wanted to purchase a phone and a basic checkout somehow took almost three hours.
Today was the final straw. I went in at noon to repair my wife’s phone and was told to schedule an appointment for 2 PM. I returned at 1:55 PM, checked in, and was told to sit at a table and wait. After about 15 minutes a staff member came over, asked what I needed, then moved me to another table and told me to wait again. I then sat there for another 30 minutes while employees continued helping other people who walked in after me.
During the entire time, I noticed that other customers were being helped immediately while both I and another Somali customer were repeatedly ignored and left waiting. After three hours wasted today alone, I finally left without getting any help.
This is unacceptable customer service and extremely frustrating. This location clearly fails at every level. Management needs to seriously address how customers are treated here because no one should have to feel ignored or disrespected when they come in for help.
