I guess I had expectations that I was going to be caught up in the store all day and it would be a drag. I was utterly wrong, this stores team should be commended for how smooth and efficient all their processes are. We were in line for maybe 4-5 minutes and our service was completed in under 10. Cant ask for better service!

The only reason I placed order here because they have available the color iPhone that I want. I placed the order 1/30 very early. (8am) I waited 8 hours for to get processed. Because there was not an answer , so I came to the store and it was dead. Anyway, talked the clerk and told him about an order. He found the phone but couldn’t complete the order. So we waited for about prob 30 to 45 min while I was talking to chat support. I told him I was going to come back the next day. Talk to chat support once again because the order wasn’t released next day at 630. Received a notification about 9 that was ready to pick up. Went to the store the same day and phone was sold. I was very disappointed that they didn’t check the orders before opening and reserve the phone. Lack of professionalism by looking early order. And lack of communication between their staff, no help at all, just sorry not available, they just told me that online orders are never accurate due to inventory. I was there a day before and they had it and knew about the order. Anyway, don’t recommend place orders online at this store. Seems that they don’t check their orders daily.
