- FFFrancis FraschtJan 3, 20265.0I spent 4 hours the night before on Verizon chat support and got shifted to a different chat 4 times. My new phone was on sos and I couldn’t get it to work. Each tech person told me I was in good hands and that they would get this solved. My old phone transferred all of my data to the new phone but when it was done I had sos on both so no phone connection. I then made an appointment with Derrick(I think that is what his name was) for the next afternoon. Walked into the store told him what was happening and with in a few minutes he had my phone up and connected. I could not be happier about the service I received and will only use this store in the future!
- KZKen ZiemerJan 2, 20261.0I went in to help a friend rectify the situation that Derek had created. I was meeting her there and went in prior to her arrival. Unfortunately, the two reps working were Derek and Nic happened to be very negative, short tempered and abrasive. Store very quiet and bland big deal didn’t care. We were simply doing an upgrade and unfortunately, they were too incompetent to help with the situation and/or simply fix the problem which was a simple return. Derek prayed and took advantage of someone who is not that tech savvy. I highly do not recommend this location more so the employees working. I spent an hour on the phone in the parking lot with the loyalty department and/or retention management. Even though it was a long process, that department was incredible and has been reported to corporate.

Got a great deal on new phones and plan. Very helpful, they actually WANT to help YOU and not waste your time and money! Definitely recommend them. Also I will be bring my dad here to join my plan.
