Waited and waited, called back and got told they didn’t have any transaction from me and had to figure that out. Got told I would be kept up to date when the part is in. Finally called them again and was told “oh yeah, it’s in” so I make an appointment. Just went in for that appointment and was informed my part was returned due to how long I waited for an appointment. I was never contacted via phone nor email about the part being in, and was only sent survey emails about the service (prior to even getting anything done). Had to ask about a refund to be given. I also had to have today off of work to make this appointment that now has been canceled…

After 15 minutes of being transferred around the nation and around the world I was left with, " call the store locally " which is exactly what I did to begin with. Shame on Best Buy!
