  I’ve been a cricket customer for years and I’ve never had such a pleasant stress free experience as I did today. Chad was knowledgeable and efficient I brought a phone in and Chad added another line to my account and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Love love love the service !!! Keep Chad he’s a huge asset to your business!!!

  It was really nice visiting and I wasn't necessarily there to get a phone but I was there with my husband and we really enjoyed our time together, he took care of the business he needed to and I also got a chance to get a pretty awesome pair of headphones that was demonstrated to me from the sound quality and the effectiveness by one of the wonderful employees there... Needless to say, it was a nice experience and we stayed there for a little while of our own accord of course, it's definitely somewhere I look forward to expanding. My phones is my business expands as well and I definitely like the location with the free parking and the overall feeling of the store itself. Not to mention the workers were very informative on giving us the information and how the plans worked and how the phones worked and so forth, which made it a really nice experience compared to what I've dealt with with Verizon which I still love because I'm still with them decade now, but when you go into their store it can be crowded and sometimes you can leave overlooked amongst people coming into the store. Waiting for service. I do like Cricket and it's something that should be looking at is somewhere to get your phone service from 😊!
