At this point I can't get into the phone, the Verizon store threw up their hands and said we can't do anything and to go to Apple. Apple can't do anything either. General atomics can't do anything as well. I am now more than 2 weeks into this ordeal have been on the phone for 12+ hours with Verizon, talked to 30 different people that all try to tell me to do the same thing the last person told me that didn't work. Blah blah blah I could go on with how comically insane this has been but the best part out of all of it. I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK AND THEY WONT LET ME RETURN IT BECAUSE MY DATA IS STILL ON IT!
