We were helped by Matthew Yerke and he did a fantastic job at explaining the plans and services. He even went to another location to pick up a phone color that we wanted. He is awesome! I highly recommend you go see him for your phone needs!

- SSScott SwansonDec 10, 20255.0I brought my sons cell phone in to upgrade and Verizon transferred my phone to the new phone not my son, then after it was realized the wrong phone got transferred to employee was not able to undo the mistake called the supervisor to undo it. This did not fix the problem. I returned the following day when the supervisor was in the office and told me he can’t fix the problem now I was told by Verizon I have to drive to Minneapolis to get this corrected. I am not happy with this at all. After my first review, it was brought to the management at Verizon. They immediately contacted me set up my personal meeting and fixed my problem. The management and the people at this Verizon store clearly care about taking care of issues and solving problems I will continue going to the store here in the future my hats off to the staff
- MKMichael KiminskiDec 1, 20255.0I left my phone on the roof of the car and it fell off going 50 mph. The phone was destroyed so they couldn’t even get into it to retrieve any of my info. I didn’t remember my Apple ID or password. Sami at the Pine City Verizon store was so helpful and patient with the whole situation. It took a few days for Apple to finally recognize me and release all of my information. Sami helped me to get everything just right and took the time to make me feel comfortable with it all. She set up my new phone and I could not be more grateful for all of her help. I would definitely ask for her if I need anything again.
