My wife and I were without service for 3 days while my daughters had service. After getting nothing but disconnects and rude people unable to help on the phone. I decided to stop in at the monticello store to see if a different perspective from an in person experience would help. In popped Joe the manager and only employee at the monticello store. He was dedicated and determined to make our phones work. Exhausting every option and leaving no stone unturned. It took 2 trips to the store and about 4 hours but we finally got it working today. Joe is a pleasure to deal with, dedicated to his craft, and a positive representative for your store. I don't know what he gets paid but it can't be enough. Thanks again Joe for your hard work and bulldog attitude.
