Literally helped us through the process of getting all our information from broken phone transferred to new phone that we had been told at another company that all information was unable to be transferred. She needs a raise! She was definitely a life saver for us and GREAT attitude too throughout the entire long journey.

The Apple associate I met with didn't even look at my air pods and immediately told me that it would be $70 to replace the one that was not working correctly. I did not replace it and instead had them cleaned by a family friend who works with hearing aids. After the cleanings my air pods work great. I'm very upset that Apple could not provide this service themselves considering how much we pay for their products. I also think its a joke that they didn't even look at them.

The person who helped me kept getting me confused with other customers, kept forgetting what I was there for, and eventually told me that it would cost hundreds (for a $69 battery change?) and to not come back. He said it was because my battery was below 80% capacity, but that's why you get a new battery. It didn't make sense. I genuinely wondered if he was under the influence. It was a man and he was a little aggressive so I just left but was scared. I felt unsafe and I couldn't speak up. Not only that, but a significant amount of my time was wasted for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I walked in at 8:20 knowing they closed soon, and was immediately greeted by Mj who confidentially was able to help and make suggestions, without coming off as pushy. Made this experience fun and light hearted after a hard day. Thank you Mj for making my whole evening that day, I will always speaking fondly of you!!!

An overrated brand they pretend to be luxury and they pretend to be bougie to give a elevated sense of "class" the fact they try to make it seem exclusive by calling people techs and having an appointment before you can go makes it the opposite of streamlined
