Multiple promises to return phone calls not kept. A new customer should not be chasing down the manager to micromanage if basic things are being done to service the account. It’s to the point where I need to ask a judge to order the store manager to honor his word. I can’t believe how awful this whole experience has been. If there were a way to give less than 1 star, I would every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
