After finally getting logged into my mobile account I noticed the person that was helping me added protection on both devices I transferred over when I specifically asked him not to. So that definitely made my rating in the store and the assistance from the staff go down! Make sure if you are going in store to check your bill once you leave to make sure there is no extra charges you do not want!

They will sell you a service and fail to disclose how much additional expenses you will have in equipment to make it work. My business is very simple with 3 cell phones, internet, and 2 "land lines". Support after the sale is long gone and my bill was supposed to be around 300 and so far in the first month its about $1000.00+ I can not get any help to figure out why the bill is so much and also emailed for help with the equipment and got no follow up. After weeks of him telling me he was sick or not working I asked if my option was to turn it over to a legal team or 800 number. No help was offered just the continued run around.
