I know that veterinarians are way overworked, so I hate to bash this place. I also don't know the name of the specific vet who was helping me and my grandfather out with our kitty, but that being said: she was completely dismissive of us and our beloved cat. We came in because our cat was having sudden hind end lameness, lethargy, and lack of appetite. The vet barely felt around her back legs before declaring it to be arthritis, and began pushing injections on us. When I asked her to look at the small hard bumps I had found on her body, the vet dismissed them as "probably a migrated micro chip". They didn't bother to scan to check, so we specifically had to ask them to check. Lo and behold - no microchips to be found. They shrugged it off and said "how peculiar" and pretty much told us to ignore them. When we pressed about the hind end lameness and how suddenly it came on, we were lectured about how cats hide pain, and injections for arthritis were pushed on us yet again (our cat was 7 years old). We then also asked for blood work to be done - which came back with elevated white blood count. This was brushed off as a standard infection and we were given antibiotics for it. After spending almost $600, we noticed no improvement in our beloved Chloe, so we took her to another vet. This vet actually listened to us, took our concerns seriously, and investigated our cats symptoms immediately. Not only did our kitty wind up having osteosarcoma (the most common bone cancer in cats) but the lumps we had pointed out were metastases. Two weeks later, our cat crossed the rainbow bridge. Bottom line: it's very hard for me to recommend this vet. Not only were their prices astronomical, but the vet acted like we were idiots, talked down to us, and repeatedly dismissed our pets symptoms. It was a busy morning there (they had said something about another vet having called out that day), but that is no reason to have received the [lack of] care we given. We will never know if a proper diagnosis would have saved our baby, or bought us more time, or if it would have played out the same. Nevertheless, we will NEVER be coming back to this clinic, or recommending it to anyone in our circle.

I go to a different location but its also managed by Danielle, the manager at this location. My cat has been extremely sick for over a month now. I brought her in on 1/27/26 for a chest x-ray. I sat in the lobby while waiting and unbeknownst to me, sat in urine. I was in snow pants and my long down coat so I didnt noticed I was soaked until my partner and I had gotten home. At that point it had already soaked into the passenger seat where I sat. I immediately called the clinic back and notified them, asking if they wanted me to come back so they could verify it was indeed urine that had soaked into everything, they said no. The next day the clinic manager, Danielle, called me back. I asked for them to cover the cost of getting the truck detailed and my coat/pants professionally cleaned. Danielle proceeded to say that my cat had probably peed and it leaked out the side of her kennel and thats how it got on my rear and the side of my car seat. I had already emailed her pictures of the DRY soft kennel and the DRY cotton insert the same morning with proof the photo was taken right before emailing her. The amount of urine I sat in could not have come from a cat, especially a sick cat that is dehydrated. Also, I'm no scientist but I'm pretty sure my cat would have been covered in her own urine, had it been hers. Now, after asking for VCA to cover the cost to clean up they have banned me from their clinics. They did this on 2/13/26, the day after my payment for Care Club came out and at the end of business day on a Friday. I had an appointment on Monday 2/16/26 for my still sick cat to follow-up on treatment. I made that appointment on 2/4/26. I believe they waited until the last second possible to cancel my appointment out of pettiness. Now i have to scamble to find care for my still sick pet elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the company.
