The tech was warm and welcoming, and the vet, Erin, was absolutely AMAZING! My dog is usually so anxious that she pees on the exam table, but Erin put her so at ease with her kind demeanor and spent five minutes at the start of the appointment sitting on the floor with my dog and petting her. The exam rooms were clean and cozy as well. Also, first exam fee is waived?? Honestly a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend this vet for any dog parent.

- PSPatience StellmachJul 22, 20251.0When someone is begging you to euthanize their twenty-something year old cat because it suddenly got to the point where it's suffering and needs to pass, it's unacceptable that your staff tells them to come back seven hours later so the vet can discuss treatment options. The lady knew what her cat needed. She didn't want treatment options. You should have helped her. It's also in poor taste for reception to try and upsell the lady on memorial options while declining to end her pet's suffering. I used to be a fan of you guys and referred others to you. No more.
