  I'm a techie troglodyte and recent widow who was trying to navigate from one cell phone to another with transferring of contents/photos, etc. I called another company and absolutely could not get past the robot. So I tried Total Wireless because the website cited device set up. I called the store on Nicollett Ave in Minneapolis and an actual person, co-owner Kevin, answered the phone. They don't really do these kinds of transfers, I think, but he invited me to come to the store; he would try to help. And help he did! It's magic to me, but he knew exactly what he was doing and accomplished the task in no time at all. He lifted a great weight from my shoulders and now I have a fully functioning newer phone that had been my husband's. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had not purchased anything in his store, but he helped me and sent me on my way without charge. I would not hesitate to recommend his store for tech needs.
