    Worst customer service ever. They dont know how to help customers or what are they doing. I ordered a macbook m4 instead of that i received a keyboard and i have not yet received my mac. This is literally harassment.

    The delivery and installation of my $3000+ flat screen has been a horror show. Delivered a broken TV: I [me] had to call to reschedule. The second attempt: delivered a TV but the delivery team does not do installs. I [me]had to call again for a delivery that makes it 27 days until install. Wrote to HQ: useless response. These guys are inept. They have a broken delivery install system and a broken customer resolution system. I hope the people in the ivory tower are enjoying themselves because they are clearly disconnected from the actual customer experience. Never buy from Best Buy unless you can carry it out yourself. If they screw up, cancel the order. Don't let them impotently "solve" your issue

    Never order a tv online from Best Buy. Their home delivery service is worst ever. I ordered a tv online Nov 25 and after waiting for almost one and half month they be like we can’t deliver your tv until February 9 so like almost two months wait just for a tv, that’s crazy. Worst service ever by home delivery

    After not going to best buy for quite some time because I never really liked them because of how shady they always seem to be I messed up and went back. We purchased a TV and Soundbar for just over $2759 and at that time we were told we would get 10% back on our purchase in Best Buy rewards approx a few weeks later. When we got the rewards it was only 5%, one for $100 and another for $55. I went back to Best Buy to make a purchase that was $99.95 and was told that in order to use the $100 rewards I would have to buy a bag of chips or something??? Seriously!!! Yes, you have to use all of it on a purchase before tax or you can't use it. And they only give out the rebates not to exceed $100 that is why I got the 2 rebates. And even though the total after tax was just over $105 I could not use the $100 and the $55 because the total purchase wasn't over $155 before tax. This should be illegal in some way to make you pay (by purchasing more) more to use the money they gave you for spending money there. If I had not thrown away the stand for the TV we purchased I would throw it in the back of my truck and return everything and go purchase it somewhere else. When I spoke to the so called Manager at the store I told him I shouldn't be asked to spend more to use my rewards. He said that I'm not asking you to spend more, and that I should have read the fine print!! I did not get a rewards contract to sign when I purchased the TV only a receipt for the TV and Soundbar. I will now stay away from Best Buy in hopes that somehow a class action lawsuit will come soon and I will get onboard with that!!! Taking advantage of the customer has got to come back at them at some point!!!

    I would like to share a concern, but also to offer a solution to this issue. I ordered a camera package on Sunday, 12/14/2025 online. I requested that it be delivered on Monday, 12/15/2025 between 4pm-6pm. I decided that I wanted to pick it up over my lunch hour on Monday 12/15/2025. I started calling my local Best Buy as soon as they opened. I had to call 4 times. On the 1st call, on hold for 12 min. Second call I got a person from Asia. I am not giving them my personal information. Third and fourth calls I never got a person on the phone. You give a local phone number but no one in that store answers. Waste of customers time. You have thousands of people that need a job, want to work and are good employees. Try hiring your own countrymen/women. The Best Buy employee I spoke with in person today was very aware of the phone issues and apologized. I appreciate that. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts.
