    Communication between Best Buy, the customer and the 3rd party delivery service is a mess. I scheduled delivery/installation/haul away of a dishwasher online for Sat. Received confirmation emails and text the day before the Sat delivery. 7:30p on Fri night I received email that my delivery was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. The app still showed it was scheduled for Sat. I couldn't call the number in the email because they have M-F daytime hours. Why send me an email at 7:30p the night before a delivery and not have anyone available to follow up? The customer service availability should align with actual operations. Saturday rolls around and no one shows up. I sit on hold for almost an hour listening to awful hold music - why doesn't this huge Corp offer a call back service? Or a way to mute the hold music? It adds insult to injury honestly. A person answers and explains - it wouldn't come Sat now but it would be delivered Monday. I told her I can't do Monday. We reschedule the delivery and installation for Thursday. Someone calls Monday saying they're on the way with a dishwasher...Once again I call customer service and was on hold for 1 hour before talking with someone. The gentleman I spoke with had no idea why they called me Monday to deliver the dishwasher. So we'll see if I get a dishwasher Thursday I guess. I do not mind paying for a service, but it's fair to expect accuracy, responsiveness and communication - I have not received what I paid for. I am disappointed. Can someone from Best Buy please contact me?

    Today i went in to pay my bill like i do every month.. The girl in customer service couldn't run my check correctly and she kept saying there was something wrong with my check. There was nothing wrong with my check. People were looking at me like i was trying to pass a bad check. She kept saying it over and over. Then the girl asked if i could pay with my debit card so i went into my bank account and downloaded money onto my debit card. Inserted the card into the machine and it asked for my pin and i don't have a pin so the girl told me i couldn't pay with my debit card and did i have cash?!? Couldn't pay with check or debit card, didn't have cash. I went in to the store to do the right thing, to pay my bill on time and they did not have any way for me to pay my bill. I called the phone number on my statement and i got AI, then i got someone who couldn't speak english. I got several of those before i got a number to pay at Citibank. I'll never go or buy another thing at Best Buy and by the way, the manager at the store in Springfield, Missouri couldn't resolve any of my issues. Whatever happened to hiring business-like people. The girl was dumb as a rock. Save your nerves and stay away from Best Buy.

    Just cancelled a 6K kitchen range. Customer service is horrible experience. EXAMPLE: Kris Anne Rivera title "CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVOCATE" I contacted to solve my issues. I left 5 messages sent 3 emails today. Ask for call back...dead silence. No response! ALL DAY!!! You will go through HELL with their arrangement of call centers and trying to get your problem solved. You cannot even reach the sales person that sold you the item at the local store. " they won't allow it" I had to get in my car with a snow storm of 3-5 inches just to go in and cancel the order. If they don't appreciate my business i will take it somewhere else. BEST advice is don't BUY and avoid HELL. Buy local and from people who value customers.... Ps. I hear they are good with selling vacuum cleaners, and cell phone chargers...but again you shouldn't need CS.

    I am writing this in complete frustration with LG Electronics and Best Buy. My husband and I purchased an LG TV less than a year ago, and it has already completely stopped working. A television should not fail in under a year — especially not from a brand that claims to stand behind its products. The quality has been incredibly disappointing. What is even more unacceptable is the customer service experience. We reported this issue THREE WEEKS AGO. Since then, we have made repeated calls, spent hours on hold, been transferred from department to department, and every single time we are told something different. No one can actually help us. No one takes responsibility. No one follows through. We purchased the warranty in good faith, expecting protection and support if something went wrong. Instead, we have been left without a working TV for weeks with absolutely no resolution in sight. Every time we call, it feels like we are starting from scratch. There is no urgency, no accountability, and no clear timeline for repair or replacement. This experience has been beyond unacceptable. We are paying customers who trusted this brand, and we feel completely ignored. If someone from LG actually cares about customer satisfaction, we expect immediate contact and a real resolution — not another scripted apology and transfer. We simply want what we paid for: a working television and service that honors the warranty. At this point, we are demanding action.
