I purchased a washer and dryer over a week ago and the washer. They were delivered but, the installers had a problem getting the old hoses and valves removed. So the washer is here, but not installed, and not functional. I have called 4 different people and get the run-around each time. No one seems to know how to solve this problem. I have been without a functioning washer for over 8 days now - with my family's clothes piling up. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!

I waited 25 minutes in the store for someone to pickup one item that was located literally 8 feet away from the counter. It took four different employees to be able to accomplish this. One employee even quit mid conversation to go take a break. If management has any questions about this experience, feel free to contact me. I purchased specifically a Razer Deathadder V4 Pro on 02/21/2026 and picked it up same day. Pretty goofy service.

I know most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I genuinely had one of the best retail experiences of my life. (I also work in retail)
I brought my PC in because I couldn’t update it to Windows 11 (turns out I’m not as much of a tech guy as I thought). I was a little hesitant to let someone else work on my computer, but my dad — an ex–Geek Squad tech — assured me this was the place to go.
From the moment I walked up to the counter, the service rep was friendly, reassuring, and confident. He told me they’d take care of everything and that I could pick up my PC the next day — totally fair since I came in around 6:30.
The level of care and professionalism I experienced is something you don’t see often these days.
Thank you, Best Buy, for making my computer troubles disappear.

I went to this Best Buy (Richfield, MN) store today, Wednesday 1/28/2026, to look for three things, a 128 GB Sandisc micro SD card, a replacement case for a 5-year-old IPad Air, and an Onko AV receiver. I found none of them. I also decided to look for some accessories for my GoPro camera set up, but had no luck there either. For all items except the receiver, it seemed that the store displays and shelves were very poorly stocked. There was no 128 GB micro SD card, only a few other sizes were stocked with many (most) empty slots. There were only a few Ipad cases, again many spots were vacant. There was only one I though might work, but it was black and that was not what I wanted. There were mostly empty slots in the area for the GoPro accessories, too. The audio room, where I thought I might look at AV receivers had no lights on and no one close to help. I was also disappointed by the selection. Now, it was noon on a weekday, but at least the lights should have been on.
I try to do business with brick and mortar stores as much as possible and I go there to see products and ask questions. In this case I was frustrated as I didn't see or purchase anything I was looking for. I have been shopping this store since it opened probably 25 years ago. I have to say the store looked like hell with empty selves and hooks where merchandise should be. Looks like I need to buy from Amazon or another retail store this time!

Best Buy gets NO stars from me. I canceled my total tech and have an email with a receipt showing I am owed a refund for the unused part of the total tech. I was told by this MN location (their headquarters) that I needed to go to my local store and inform them that I canceled my total tech and they would give me the refund. I WAS LIED TO! I was told that they wouldn't (couldn't?) give me the refund because I had filed a complaint about a fraudulent charge. I have kept checking my account and I discovered they STOLE my refund and applied it towards the fraudulent charge which they still claim I owe. I received a letter from best buy yesterday stating that the fraudulent charge had been removed and I had been given a merchant credit. Unfortunately, this applied to a second best buy card I tried to get but immediately canceled when they put the fraudulent charge on that card. I NEVER received the second card in the mail so I have no idea who at best buy has it and may be trying to use it! best buy claims I still owe the fraudulent card on the original card I had and which I CANCELED in October! They have been trying to make me pay DOUBLE by putting the charge on two cards, both of which were canceled in OCTOBER but best buy claims I canceled the second card in January of this year!
In trying to talk to someone today (23 Jan 26) Citi Bank wouldn't give me the refund and claimed I had already been given the refund. I was transferred to the geek squad and ended up talking to a woman (Aria) who spoke very bad broken English and mumbled badly. She sounded as though she was talking through water. She finally told me I had to call citi bank and talk to them and I told her they were the ones who told me I had to talk to geek squad and transferred me to her. She mumbled something unintelligible and hung up on me. Do NOT shop at best buy under any circumstances. They are a bunch of lying thieves! The owner can't be bothered to actually contact anyone who has a complaint and only tells the person when replying a review, to contact him on twitter, facebook or instagram. That does NOT help anyone who does NOT have and will NOT get an account on the social media sites. My review and complaints deal with the store in Augusta Maine.
Best Buy needs to be investigated for their fraudulent, thieving practices, as does their cohort Citi Bank.
