Yesterday I bought a Lenovo laptop at the Richfield store, I asked since it was an open box and it was in fair condition if it had a charger in it, and the box was sealed The girl behind the desk said yes, he did. I did not check. So I went ahead with the purchase I got home to find out it did not so I attempted to call the store. Only to get their call center multiple times and cannot get through to the store. One girl put me through to their voicemail so I left a message. Another sent a message to the store as of 24 hours later I still have not heard from the store I would expect more from a store that is in the backyard of the corporate offices. To me, this is very poor customer service and I am not willing to drive 45 minutes each way to the store they could very easily call me and mail out the charger to me

This is still one of the best places to look at new electronics, home theater and appliances in a clean and convenient space. The sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Oh, this place is a hit or Miss the employees here could be wonderful or they can be unnecessary when it comes to certain things. I don't need extra input or I don't need you to tell me what's a good idea versus what's not a good idea. That's your personal opinion. Not mine and by them stating if such and such happens, we won't honor the warranty. Even though you're basically paying a membership. It's so tiring. Places like this need to do better and you wonder why there's a decline in your closing stores

The Richfield Best Buy was a terrible experience. The employee could not get the product to scan to complete the sale as another employee put a sale sticker over the serial number needed to scan and it took 3 people and 15 mins to accomplish this without an apology for the delay and inconvenience. Oh how customer service has fallen off at big box store and they wonder why online sales are so much stronger

I used to shop here a lot. Then they got rid of CDs. I spend a lot of money on vinyl now, but not here. I ordered online, there was a big desk with a sign over that said "online order pickup", but I had to stand in the regular checkout line, which was also returns / customer service. It seemed to be a staffing issue- which was strange on 12/20, you figure they would be staffed up.
