Amazing employees are super nice and very helpful all the time. My only negative is that they don't price match Costco items. My co-worker has one minor complaint: they're usually not in stock all the time.

Not at all happy with this place. Ordered 2 times directly from headquarters store and first time it took over month to send a otterbox for phone and I then order 2 security cameras and received two boxes of energizer batterys.....I would have thought better then this of this company. Also for a note I never received a email back in any regards for my frustrations. If I could have gone lower than a 1 star I would have.

The music blasting in the speaker rooms was that bad. I went in to buy speakers but had to leave. Whatever AI singer slop they were playing was aggregating in the extreme with no way to turn it down / off. Online stereo shopping for me.

This is always been my go to place to buy my laptop when it fails. I'm running Microsoft 365 and also co-pilot Pro
I bought a Lenovo I ended up returning it. I needed an adapter to add on more ports for my laptop. I had major problems with adapters (so I could plug in a few extra keys and an ethernet cable for my in-house modem). I ended up having to download drivers for every adapter I picked. I did my research and found out that these laptops sometimes have problems with adapters. (What a pain) After troubleshooting my brand new laptop for maybe one solid 12 hours I couldn't get it to work. But I did find out the problem the problem is no matter where I plugged it in it was recognizing it as a data port. By looking at the device manager. I couldn't believe it. I switch ports on my laptop and regardless DEVICE MANAGER continue to read it as a DISK DRIVE. I needed it to read as under NETWORK/DISPLAY. I was running my Ethernet cable on this. I could not believe I was in total shock!! Yes I return it and I got an HP laptop It worked just fine. I called in and spoke with somebody The Geek Squad and they seem a little bit interested with all that work that I did I thought they would be a little bit more interested. I brought it in to the Geek Squad hand/return it for credit. They could care less ... And I think they sort of didn't believe me but I had all the document and evidence. That's why I'm giving best ride a lower rating because this is the second time I've been treated really crummy by the Geek Squad. Thinking I don't know what I'm doing. I do know things, really bad that the front line could care. Like... If you're doing that kind of work for a living you think you would at least be interested in listen to your customers when they talk to you about an extensive program other than just sort of blow you off. Just terrible. They didn't even sound interested. Well that doesn't matter I'm just reporting.
