After 2 hrs on the phone, apple care told me it was apples fault and that I could take it to the apple store near me to have it replaced it for free. When I got to the store, the manager David Harris refused to replace the device for free as apple care had instructed. He instead tried to charge me $300. He called me a liar and then told me that if only one out of 4 iPad didn't work after the update, then that was pretty good! So apparently the store manager expects the update to turn 25% of iPad into bricks? This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in my lifetime. You could have handled this a hundred ways better David Harris. PS. I went home and Apple care profusely apologized for YOUR behavior, and overnighted me a new iPad, without charge, like they said they would.
