She was not as experienced as I had hopped for or there is a major Training issue there. Maybe both could be the problem but I do know I will never go back to that store.

He listened to the issue and even went as far as to talk to the Verizon rep who ended up fixing the issue. It took over an hour to figure out and he was great the whole time. He was also great with my pronouns. Also dog-friendly store! We saw two bulldogs meet.
