  Picked up a TV i ordered off Amazon. Fast friendly service. They loaded it up for me and I was on my way.

  Absolutely the best place to offer electronics and especially major appliance! Best Buy's installation services are second to none. Their installation staff are professional and highly skilled; able to deal with involved installations and set appliance up perfectly. The automatic warranty and discounts have made membership well worth it for us.

  Went to find a specific home security system and they were out but had 3 employees ask if we needed help, we didn't but still awesome they were paying attention.

  We called to make sure we could get a specific tv and made sure it was available, customer care through phone was great and she told us 45 min to 1 hr for pickup. We did not like it but understood. We decided to go to the store after aprox the hr had passed since we needed a hdmi cable. We went to pickup the tv and the girl that attended us looked like she hated her job and was not welcoming at all. To make matters worse she treated us like she didnt care we were upset and basically told us she couldn't do anything (didn't even try!), even worse she said it would be probably until the afternoon! But said if she cancelled it we could buy it from the store! (Probably fighting for the sale) Huge inconvenience because now we have to wait for a refund and made all the steps we took useless and a waste of time! She said she couldnt just wheel it to us after we had already paid it and they had it in stock! (She didnt even try to help!) After she canceled the order they took less than 5 minutes to bring us a tv it was ridiculous! We are very unhappy.
