I thought the salesman was great and helpful. However, he sold me something I couldn't use in my car. I wanted to purchase a remote start for my car. He sold me something that wouldn't fit. I'm so disappointed with best buy. I have been a customer for over 15 years. I would have never expected that from them. I purchased a remote start for another car in 2010. No problem from the north town location. I will not recommend best buy today.

I set an appointment with GEEK SQUAD but the service was not what I was expecting. I paid $179.99 for a 1 year protection plan that is subscription recurring every year. They're telling me, the service guy, that they cannot replace the charger that goes along with their product that they sold to me. I would have to purchase either an off brand or I needed to look at the ASUS website to purchase a new charger on my own for the laptop. Apparently the charger that charges a laptop is not part of the laptop so it is not covered. Again if this was the case I would have never purchased this expensive protection yearly plan.

Was disappointed the salespeople hadn't heard of Raspberry Pi, the sales-adults could implement better training for the sales-kids. They certainly push the vest buy card hard enough, so we know they're teachable. Selection was less than stellar, but I did go like 2 weeks before Christmas.

Best Buy has gone downhill. Thought I'd give them another shot but they have this new "Roadie" scam company doing their deliveries who claim their software goes down & had to return goods to the warehouse....without telling anyone I might add.....whose warehouse is unknown.....won't be surprised if items turn up on ebay......purchased this particular item specifically to be delivered WHILE I WAS HOME.......filing a claim as soon as possible.....caveat emptor
