  2/28/2026, pokemon inventory was stocked in. Was in line for from 9-10, 1 hr in freezing weather with my son. Store opened at 10. Everyone walked in line to the corner where the purchase counters are. The reason why I posted this is because the staff would've limited the purchases down to 2 items per customer then we would've gotten some, but no, they sell one of each kind people that were in front of the line. There must have been 10 different options from booster bundles, tins,and single packages. We waited and watched as we move up. As we got closer we noticed the inventory was less and less. We were hoping that there would be something left but as we got to the front of the line, the staff shouted "that's all", this was a disappointment. If they know how to limit then it would've stretched out so more customers can have a chance but no. They just want to sell quick and be done. For future, please have limitations so more families get a chance. That feeling of being left out doesn't stick well with anyone knowing that the staff had the power to do so but decided not to. What's the point of stocking a high demand item if you're only stocking a couple of boxes and create this chaos. Thank you making people feel this way, especially kids that waited in line but never got a chance.

  Stopped in this evening because my phone was having issues charging, Geek Squad member Malari cleaned my charging port for me and did a great job! I mentioned possibly upgrading phones in the near future and she gave me solid recommendations on different iPhones. She was very professional and knowledgeable...will be returning for any other questions/issues in the future!

  Terrible return policy, do not buy modems or routers from Best Buy. They sell defective Netgear products with only a 14 day return window and do not stand behind them when you find out the modem is overheating and defective 21 days later. Neither does Netgear stand behind their product. Good location, freindly staff.

  Waited in line on release day in the cold of Minnesota. Store opened and they told us they didn’t have the item but can order it by sku number. The next morning, they clearly had the item in stock which I missed it by 15 minutes which is what the cashier told me. A few days goes by, customer service rep called me and said my order will be delayed and if I’m fine with that. I told them yes it was ok if it was delayed for a couple of weeks. Next thing you know, my order was cancelled a couple days later. If they are ordering by sku, never get it shipped or they will back door the items and you’ll never receive it. I dont think i would’ve received my product even if i were to order it for pickup at the store instead of shipping, even though they had the item in stock the following day. Called customer service they couldn’t do nothing for me. Do better!

  Pros. Big box store. Lots to compare and contrast. Cons. Displayed items not available in store. Could have purchased online. Staff not particularly helpful in making a choice.
