- GYgeenou yangApr 14, 20261.0Went to go look at and buy a new TV. Looked around for about 25 mins, no one came to help at all, it was not busy (4pm one a wkdy) with less than a dozen ppl in the store. Went up to the front and asked for assistance, greeter said it'll be about a 20 min wait, (seriously). Went back by TV's and waited about 30 mins.....still no one. Decided to get a different TV (65 in) with stock on the floor. Took it to the register, paid with cash, kept on getting pressured to open an acct to save $145 by 2 different workers. They rolled their eyes when we kept on declining. After purchase, there was no offer of help to carry or load the TV. It was just my wife and I, and she's really petite (4-11) and could hardly help me carry or load it. Worst customer service ever! Last time I'm spending $1200 there. DO NOT recommend. Spend your hard earned $ anywhere else but here.

Doors opened early about 9:20am and staff were friendly and had a limit of one of everything so I’m pretty sure everyone got something. The manager or supervisor had brought donuts for us. Staff were amazing and respectful! Thanks so much Maplewood Best Buy.
