This corporate store is the worst of the worst. 1-2 hour wait and they literally joke and gossip
With each client instead of taking care off them and moving on to the next .All of Mae Grove community is leaving Verizon because of this store. Avoid by all means.

Just ungraded my phone and the whole process was so easy. They understood our goals and gave us exactly what we were looking for without talking us into something we didn’t want.
When I ran into trouble syncing my new phone, Heidi was happy to help and made sure my phone was good to go before I walked out the door. I could tell she truly cares about good customer service.

I recently received a new IPhone and was, as many do, having a problem transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. 9yrs since the last new phone so obviously I wasn’t right on top of what to do. I took it into the Maple Grove location for Verizon, waited for my turn, and got my shot. I met with Coty, very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. He immediately took control, after I told him I would definitely slow him down, and got everything moving in the right direction. I am very happy it all worked great! Thank Coty.

Came to drop off my phones for a trade in. First arrived, greeted with a rep. Rep couldn’t help me. Had to call Verizon and stepped outside. Fortunately the Verizon rep on the phone was very helpful and prompted me to go back inside so he can talk to the in store person. I was greeted with a different person. I explained the situation and was told she would grab a rep. Not realizing she was a manager at the time. She never went and grab someone else. Saw the first guy and had him talk to the phone with the other rep to help them guide through the process. He went and grabbed the manager. Looked who showed up, the lady who “tried” to help by not actually help me the first time. So she talked to the rep on the phone and finally got it handled. Wasted a total of 30 plus minutes to for something that should’ve taken 5 at most. What kind of a manager does not help you the first time or doesn’t want to help. First time actually going inside an Verizon store in a long time and probably be the last time. Poor customer service.
