I took it into the Maple Grove location for Verizon, waited for my turn, and got my shot. I met with Coty, very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. He immediately took control, after I told him I would definitely slow him down, and got everything moving in the right direction. I am very happy it all worked great! Thank Coty.

Fortunately the Verizon rep on the phone was very helpful and prompted me to go back inside so he can talk to the in store person. I was greeted with a different person. I explained the situation and was told she would grab a rep. Not realizing she was a manager at the time. She never went and grab someone else. Saw the first guy and had him talk to the phone with the other rep to help them guide through the process. He went and grabbed the manager. Looked who showed up, the lady who “tried” to help by not actually help me the first time. So she talked to the rep on the phone and finally got it handled. Wasted a total of 30 plus minutes to for something that should’ve taken 5 at most. What kind of a manager does not help you the first time or doesn’t want to help. First time actually going inside an Verizon store in a long time and probably be the last time. Poor customer service.
