- ECEdwin Camacho1 day ago3.0I came in to get some help cancelling a phone plan. Front receptionist told me I would need to call customer service to cancel my plan. Fair enough but she also mentioned the only way to cancel in person would be if I died. Ok… I’m guessing she was hangry because she went to go hide in the back shortly after telling me this. I then proceeded to wait ~20 minutes in the lobby while I was on hold with customer service. Luckily a kind gentlemen asked if I needed any assistance while I was waiting. He apologized for the inconvenience and even offered to book an appointment to help me through the process which is how the situation should’ve been handled to begin with.
