However, when I came back to return it, the staff claimed they had no record of my number, no receipt, and couldn’t even find my account—despite the fact that I’ve been with Verizon for over a decade. The manager was no help at all and made no effort to resolve the issue. Instead of being treated like a long-time, loyal customer, I was dismissed and left without a solution. For a company as large as Verizon, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Try to go into the store get told you need an appointment. Try to call for an appointment get routed around to 12 different places. I don't really know what I'm paying for anymore other than additional bureaucracy. The rest of my family has boost Mobile. They pay less. They actually get customer support when they call. They can actually call local stores instead of a national call center number. They just don't get the most modern super flagship phones. But at this point, I really don't care anymore. I am so done with Verizon. Having a conversation with the wife tonight, and I think cancellation is coming very soon.
