I booked an appointment to replace my iPhone battery for 7:20pm. After sitting there without anyone acknowledging me, I was eventually greeted and they asked about my appointment. They then told me that they couldn’t replace my phone battery tonight because the procedure takes 2 hours and they closed in an hour and a half. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t told this ahead of time, and they were all very unapologetic about this situation. I would advise that you avoid the Geek Squad for iPhone battery replacement and go right to Apple. Would be 1 star, but every other Best Buy staff member I interacted with was very helpful.

I recently had an appointment with the Geek Squad at the Maple Grove store. Ben was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't praise him enough. Well done Ben!
