I have had several of my own poor experiences with this specific location and I have also heard from friends and family that they felt the same. Many times prices are listed incorrectly then some how they dont honor it even though it is a reoccurring issue. this MUST be dealt with immediately I am extremely disappointed as a loyal best buy costumer.

Went to the store this morning found one of the dysons marked down on clearance with the rose gold display. First confirmed with a sales rep in regards to the price which he did and then availability which it was in that specific color as the display. Price was incorrect as well as remaining promotions of dysons next to it. Spoke to the manager who said they will not honor the price despite acknowledging that the promotion sign and entire display of not just one but all three products were incorrect. Called customer service who stated they should have honored as it is store responsibility to correct. Manager said he would fix all the signage immediately but not rectify the situation despite corporate telling me otherwise.

Bought a laptops, they promised it was going to be deliver next day, 2 hours later I received a text telling me “the laptop was in back order” went back to the store to return everything I purchased and the customer service person tells me that the laptop i bought has been in back order for a month, then I canceled the order he said you will get a refund in a couple of days, guess 3 weeks later no refund, called their support line took me an hour to get no where. The customer rep. Said that I should talk to my credit card company toe see where it went, my credit card company tells me they do not have it and they should re-issue a refund. Had to create a dispute so they can deal with it,
Not sure what happened to Best Buy, I can tell you they will not be missed when they are gone.

Came to this store in maple grove dec 2025, after bad experience at ridgedale
Picked a camera, and wanted to use my $45 gift certificate
The gal said, the price before taxes has to be more than $45, so purchase candies or something
So i did
Went home and tried The stupid camera - turn out that it was used and has malfunction- and of course it did not work
Came back for a return
So they returned $38, and said
Sorry candies ($8) can be returned
Best buy become kind of scam, and has been hiring non qualified careless employees

I visited Best Buy today January 2 2026, to purchase a remote start system with installation.
The attendant at the door was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jon was not. His first response to my request was a condescending, rhetorical “Remote starter for what?” which immediately set a negative tone. When he mentioned the $400–$600 price range, it felt insinuating, as if he expected me to back out due to cost. I was fully prepared to move forward.
We discussed installation timing, and after I explained I was looking for something sooner, I let him know I would call back if needed since he already had my information. He then abruptly walked away without any acknowledgment or attempt to close the conversation professionally.
Customer service matters, especially for higher-ticket purchases. This interaction ensured I would not be buying through him.
