Ridiculously long wait just to pick up a prepaid online order. Waited 20+ minutes just for someone to walk in the back and grab my stuff. 😒

My 4 stars is for service today. If I could I’d leave 2 stars for yesterday’s service. We were told it was easy to set up phones at home. It was not.
Today, in utter frustration I had to return to the store to get my new phone to work. I believe I was at the store 2 hours, Alex helped me. He was fabulous- calm, cool and collected. My phone was not doing what it was supposed to, it took more than once for Alex to get it to work, but he finally succeeded. Thank you Alex for doing what needed to be done to get it working. I appreciated your help and you are a good guy! 😉

I was having a hard time importing a line from another Verizon account. I had tried through the app and customer service. I may be dumb or bad with technology, however I came into the store and asked for help. They refused to help. When I pay over 300 dollars a month for 2 phones, 2 watch lines and only one phone has payments on it I expect some customer service. I drove across the street to AT&T and signed a deal for 3 phones and 3 watches @ 210 dollars a month. I'm over the extortion and the unwillingness to assist customers at Verizon. I was with this company for 15 years or so... This company went insanely downhill. They kept offering me discounts to stay after refusing to help me. Try helping your customers next time.

We had an excellent experience with Gabriel this morning. We entered the store at 9am and he immediately jumped up to assist us with exchanging our phones for new IPhones. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!
