  The phone service is a horrible nightmare. Called given #, wound up first w/ lady in Philipines, then, guy in Austin TX. Lady was helpful, but hard to understand, but she was nice. Said something about a fee. I hung up, exhausted. Guy in TX routed me to Geek Sq. in my chosen city, but they never called me back. Called Hulu when tv was acting wonky; took an hr online for man to help me get things properly restored so I have tv service back. He was a gem of patience, etc. I pd almost $200 in May to have Geek Sq. total access. First time I really NEED them, they aren't available.Blindsighted, disappointed--somehow, now Internet service is ok, but I don't know if Spam, security wonks have access to me I never wanted to have known. Terrible.

  Tried to call and get info on if they had a part and could perform a needed repair for my cell phone. Got shunted to some call center. After not really listening to what I needed fixed, I was told I would need to talk to the individual store (go figure). They attempted to transfer me and I ended up back with the call center again... needless to say, I did not continue. Get someone to answer the phone locally or provide the call center with the information needed to answer customer questions.
