Proceed with caution, we've been bringing dogs here for 4 years, I've finally had enough. I understand most vets are for profit businesses, but I've lost all trust. These vets refused to fill a 1 year prescription for a heartworm preventative because we had a heartworm test coming up in June. They would only fill a 6-month Rx, which of course is more expensive. Even though they filled a 1 year Rx last year that I had not yet used and that expired (I had several months of supply at the time it was Rx'd). I tried to fill the 6-month Interceptor for one dog and then was told they would only approve it if I put them both in. This makes no sense to me-- all vet care is optional besides a rabies vaccine, so I don't even understand how/why they'd do this. When I asked for it to be filled for one dog as we were seeking veterinary care elsewhere for the other and expressed my frustrations with Katie-- I got a voicemail saying they were refusing to fill the interceptor plus. I'll be making a report to the veterinary board about abandonment of care. We have spent tens of thousands this past year on veterinary care, they wanted to remove several teeth for preventative measures, dog ate a toy, and a dog tore his CCL. I have frequently felt manipulated into paying more and being overcharged while on a care plan we were sold as "lower cost". We have gotten postcards reporting needing care that had already been completed, leading to us scheduling unneeded appointments that we still needed to pay for. This has led us to not respond to the postcards with any sense of urgency and a general feeling of distrust that the prompts for care are accurate. I have been told by the staff that the online portal record is not up to date generally and that I should not trust it-- after I called asking why it reported we were overdue to several vaccines. Experienced issues and delays when I needed vaccination records to get a dog into a dog train and board last winter, because staff was not responsive and the records from the portal I could download were all incorrect. We have also experienced care that was forgotten by techs and vets that could've been provider during another appointment, resulting in higher costs of care due to needing another appointment. No responsibility was taken for not providing the care in the appointment they were scheduled for. I work in health care, I understand care is not free and that professionals need payment and make mistakes, however we did not experience this at other clinics.

Kokes and Sepulveda are amazing. The entire staff is amazing. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They took great care of my cat, Mama Phil, who passed last March. They continue to give great care to my black lab, Ruby. This vet clinic was a great find. Thank you!

A clean clinic with friendly staff. I didn't have to wait long before seeing Dr. Thomas, who was polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning here for any future visits with my kitty.
