I do however find it very frustrating that I signed up for their VCA CareClub, with an initiation fee of $49.99, that would have been waived had I signed up online or via the app. It’s disappointing that none of the staff informed me of this when I was pitched the careclub membership perks and fees. We’ll see how the year goes but that should be waived for those that sign up in person on the spot, or at least to be informed we can save money doing this on the app. Seems like a deceptive start.
