He took his time explaining everything, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We’ve been to other Verizon stores in the area before, but this one is hands down our go-to from now on. Highly recommend this location if you want real customer service and someone who actually cares about helping you. Thank you Tim 🫵🏽
