    I signed up for internet service on 7/17 and added two phone lines four days later on 7/21. I wasn't provided with details of the cost. I was told by the store manager that the information in the app was not accurate and not to rely on it. I was told that new phone promotional credits would offset the cost of the phones. They did not. On 7/31 was again told that the phones were in effect free. I was told that Verizon calculated my monthly payment to be $160.43, before $10 for adding Netflix. No pricing details were available. I continued stopping in about every 2 weeks, each time being told that the phone costs would be offset by promotional credits. They were not. I was told Verizon was contacted and corrections. My 10/21 bill came out with no corrections. I went to the store on 10/23 and the manager asked me to come back at 12. I did and he was still busy. I then talked to the regional manager who assured me that he would call me back to the store in an hour or two when they would be available. Surprise, no call. No customer service for 3 months. Went back to the store 10/24 and talked with the store manager. He would take No responsibility for anything, said phones weren't free and he could not help me. Back to store on 10/27. Made an appointment with the regional manager for 10/31 at 3. Got a call about 1, the meeting needed to be canceled. Set a new meeting for noon on 11/3. I was the only one that showed up. I was told that I would receive a call from the regional manager on 11/4 to schedule a meeting for Thursday or Friday of this week. 11/4 came and went with no call. On 11/5 My wife got a voice message from the store manager, something about the balance of the week. I went to the store. More lies, and they would not set a meeting with the regional manager. Got the regional manager's email and twice requested meetings. No response. You should avoid the Verizon Wireless Zone Farmington, Rosemount, Mendota Heights, Austin and Menominee locations at all costs!

    Tim and Sam were super helpful with upgrading to a new phone. It was quick, yet efficient. They were both friendly and gave me a lot of information about my new phone. Overall, I had a great experience.
