So after 3 hours now have to wait at Verizon to put a temporary number on my phone. They had absolutely no idea how to do this. On top of the fact some dude was super rude because they tried to get him to “help” which he did about none of. They could have simply said we have no clue how to transfer your line but are supposed to and saved me a huge headache. Overall I’ll never come back to this store.
