When they have a tech issues, they call me, their only child, to drive 30 minutes each way to help them with fix things, but I only know so much! I could not figure out how to sync their devices and it caused some family drama. This girl was a wizard! I am so grateful to her. I forgot her name but I hope she gets a raise and becomes employee of the month. She has saved me so from so much dread. I hope she sees this!!!

You’re much better off going to Best Buy and getting a different brand that they will do lifetime replacement in-store. I regret this purchase.

My forwarding warehouse (Boxy Logistics) provided a 'Statement of Non-Receipt' after checking security cameras. Despite clear evidence from the carrier (UPS) and the recipient, Apple Support has been ignoring my emails and requests for a refund for over 3 weeks. This is unacceptable for a company of this level. I demand a full refund for the lost item immediately. Case escalated to my bank for a chargeback.
