  Shout out to Sebastian! Both him and the gentleman at the geek squad counter went above and beyond helping me after what could have been a total waste of time and visit to the store. It would have been easy to say “ we can’t help you” but instead they took time to address what was going on and from that I ended up making a purchase. It’s employees like these that keep brick and mortar stores in business !

  My dad was scheduled for a geek squad appointment at 8am to get a remote starter installed. We got here at 8am just for them to tell us they open at 10am and don’t know why we were scheduled at 8am. Waste of our time. They couldn’t even reschedule us.

  Visited the Eden Prairie store on February 1 to purchase a few TV's. Dan and another individual were very helpful in finding the right tv with the right dimensions we were looking for. Very informative and great approach!

  Unfortunately I forget the Gentleman that helped us get a TV but he was great! He met quality with our price expectations and we were in and out in 30 minutes!
