  I've used the services of the Best Buy Geek Squad and they are extremely helpful. If you want to use their services, go to the Best Buy website and reserve an appointment, before you go into the store. They're very popular and their appointments fill up quickly. I found these talented and technical minded geeks to do a very good job of troubleshooting various technology and equipment problems. They do a very good job of communicating what needs to be done. I liked years ago when they wore white dress shirts, a black tie and black dress pants. Geeks Rock!

  3 hrs on line. Only got AI bot that was dumber than a box of rocks. No way to call and talk to anyone. Worse than nothing. Real score is negative 5 stars.

  I had a last minute appointment at this location for an iPhone 12 Pro that needed a LCD replacement screen as it had JUST gone out a couple hours earlier in the day. If I'm going to be honest, I was about 10 minutes late but they still took me in for my appointment. I was told to sit at table 1 and Adam came to help me after a couple of minutes (no worries on waiting since I made them wait already). I explained what was going on to the best of my knowledge and he was able to let me know what they offered and what they could do in the short amount of time we had. He was able to understand me 100% and made the request to repair my phone as fast as possible in addition to explaining to me everything that was going to go on. He was also very friendly! I was informed it would be about an hour repair (I got there at 6:50PM), so I was just hanging out. Eventually, got my phone and everything looks good. I was very satisficed with the service I received as well as how fast it was able to be done! Everyone who was currently working seemed to really know their stuff and it made me feel a lot more confident on the service I was receiving! Cheers to Adam. I paid $0 as I had insurance through Verizon that covered screen repairs.

  The Eagan Best Buy Geek Squad team went above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. Since all the Apple stores are currently closed (thanks, Covid...) I understood that a long wait time to schedule an appointment was a necessary evil. When my AirPods were not repaired after the inital fix/recommendation from Geek Squad, the team provided me with a brand new pair free of charge. Although the store was busy, when I sat down at the service desk I was their number one priority. Professional and 10/10 service. Thank you to the team working the afternoon of 1/24/2021!

  They moved data off of my old computer onto an external hard drive so I could move it onto my new computer. I can't even access the info on the external hard drive. It also looks like they didn't get everything by the amount of memory used on said external hard drive.
