    I am so grateful we still have so many est Buy stores in the Twin Cities. I was showing homes in Eagan today and need to stop to pick up a tripod before I headed back to work. This store is located off of Yankee Doodle Road in the middle of the biggest shopping area in Eagan. It's a great community. Many of my clients buy homes in Eagan because of the great schools, shopping, parks and other amenities. Eagan is a transitional city as well and that too is appealing. This store is really well stocked with items and I was able to find what I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    I have had consistently great experiences with Best Buy. This store, however, has lost the plot. I bought a $700 Roomba on 10/09/2025 and the dock (not the robot, just the dock) stopped working on 12/04/2025, just 56 days. I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t buy their warranty. I tried to work with iRobot for a month, but they’d create a case number and then ghost me. I brought it back in to this Best Buy to try and see if there is something that could be done or if they could fix it. I was told (again) I was out of luck because I didn’t buy their warranty. If I had bought it from Amazon, I’d have been able to exchange it. Big regret and lesson learned.

    Before I went inside I Googled if they accepted old rechargeable batteries. They used to accept anything, but now they only accept batteries that are Integrated into the device. So they tool an old bt speaker but they wouldn't accept the tool battery or laptop battery that I had

    I bought a PS5 on Black Friday, 11/28 and the website offered delivery the next day. When I finished my order, it said it would be delivered Monday, Dec 1st and they were working on the packaging. I got a notification informing the tracking number, the gig on Roadie was created on 11/29 and had a designated driver. I received information saying my driver was arriving for the pickup around 1:20pm on December 1st and at 2:07pm the gig was cancelled. Last night, 12/01, Best Buy sent me an email informing my order was delayed and would arrive between the 2nd - 5th of December and when I called customer service for a more specific ETA they informed me it would arrive by 12/15, and the product was out of stock. I don’t understand how the product was being picked up and now it’s not available anymore. When the website makes no mention of the product being out of stock. I would like for a more specific time frame and for the product that was initially advertised as a next day delivery to be delivered as soon as possible. I bought this product during Black Friday, with a discount and I bought it from Best Buy because it was the place who would deliver it sooner. That seems like bad advertising. Update: I contacted them in social media, as they requested. I said I could do a pickup in a different store, which is not possible unless I change it right after I buy an item, which makes no sense. If the order was delivered when promised I wouldn’t need to pick it up. Their best solution was cancel my order, which I did. I now ordered it from Walmart for the same cost, to arrive sooner and with an extra controller.
