  When we needed assistance with a laptop my boyfriend went and found someone and they stated they were busy with another customer and would send someone else. No one else ever came and we walked out without buying anything. They had Nintendo switch 1 but no cases or screen protectors. And when I was looking at the VR they didn't have the head strap extended piece that I needed so I didn't buy a gaming system either.

  Bought a Mac. The sale went fine. I paid 100.00 to have them transfer data. At first I was told 20 minutes and then told a couple of hours and then was told that it wouldn't be done until tomorrow night. Was a little frustrating.

  Geek squad has repeatedly done all they can to put up with my unending PC/account issues, I thought about dropping off my phone but felt they could use a break (even though I'm a BB Total member, I think I've gotten my money's worth by now already and that's just within a couple months, although these issues have been horrible for me, I still don't mean to abuse the system) so I took my phone to Verizon instead which was probably the right call (no pun intended) and remembered they can help me with some phone stuff more promptly, and also - at least for Google, Windows might be different - Verizon may be able to help with some of the account related issues I've been struggling with, so thanks everyone at BB for putting up with my seemingly perpetual issues. Might stop by again soon but not just to bog down GS *huge shout out though to GS, even if I'm starting to become a frustration you guys remain professional and I appreciate it a lot! If I have to bring my PC in again, I'm going to look into my finances and see if I can make some purchases/PC parts so that I'm actually buying something significant that hopefully makes everything more worth it for you guys. Thanks again everyone, you are all quite kind and professional (and knowledge), it means a lot to me. Glad you still have brick and mortar stores around the cities!

  Came in to pickup a MacBook today, there was an inventory error between the website and the store, but they got it figured out within a few minutes and were very apologetic for the delay. Exceptional customer service from Dom as well as the store manager, and the employees are quite welcoming and helpful. Will only buy tech from this location going forward.

  Bought a new Galaxy 8 smart watch and charging block at the Eagan Best Buy. The tech was very knowledgeable , asked me questions about what I was looking for in a smart watch, and he answered all my questions as well. I also took advantage of Geek Squad's set up help with a next day appointment. Had it home and with the help of a savvy granddaughter, got quite a lot of the set up done. I did still have a few more questions, and did keep my GS appointment. The GS tech was super kind helping me getting my new watch even further along with all its features. The takeaway is the people who greet you, help you make a purchase, and follow up with answers to your questions make Best Buy an easy choice for me! I am very happy with my purchase.
