I'm shopping at our local Best Buy from 2007
a few times a year. I have never had problems of any kind in this store and certainly will choose it for a large computer related purchases. I had a much better experience with Best Buy in technology sector than with any online platform. I use "buy online pick up at the store" option quite often, this service deserves nothing but praises - very convinient and friendly, love it! Not all retailers provide such a good experience, sometimes even pick up could last forever as in Target. Thanks Best Buy for doing a great job!

I made an appointment to have a screen fixed on an iPhone because they are an authorized apple repair place and they said they don't repair them that they have to send it to apple and when I talked to apple they tried to say best buy fixes them. NOT A CHANCE!!!! Don't bring phones here!!
