The call system is awful!! Completely not user friendly at all. I will never use an AI call system. I kept asking to speak to a real person at the store and had to go through so many hoops to talk to someone! It didn’t help anyway, but that’s beside the point. I won’t shop at Best Buy anymore.

they didnt have what i needed and when i asked i was told to go kick rocks or sign up for their store credit card. Totally unprofessional and horrible staff members who like to cuss up a storm by the vacuum cleaners. my kid was horrified. if i could rate this lower i would.👎
