tried to return my phone two times already and each time there was no one there and the door was locked even though the website said they were open🤦♂️ Absolute joke.

went in to pick up my phone after it had been ordered to be picked up here online then was put on a wait list just with 1 person in front of me at 2:50pm 12/22 then never was told to come back into the store then the store closed. so i go back today after christmas just to be told the phone has been canceled. called corporate and was told that it must’ve been canceled from the store it was being picked up at. why cancel my phone when i had already been there to pick it up and was turned away/closed on without being told the wait would be too long. so when i go back today and it’s literally the same person working(also the door was lock with no sign on it only reason we knew it was open was cause some random guy said they’ll come to the door) then why am i told they don’t have it in stock/don’t have my order that was sent to that store (it’s been confirmed it was paid for) how has it already been canceled when when only christmas had passed and obviously store hours are different on christmas so like what? how do you have a phone one day than not literally 2 days later when someone’s already paid for it especially without calling in advance. also felt as though we were being pushed out of the store no more than 5 minutes after walking in because the lady working would only keep repeating we’re out stock nothing we can do when it was there and this location canceled the order.
was able to get it figured out after we went to a corporate verizon and was told we’d have to call customer service where we were then told the order was canceled by the location we had it shipped too. (this location) even though the girl working here said they had “no record” of the phone.
-also as soon as we were let into the location we seemed to be an “inconvenience” to the girl working. we were met with zero help and no information on what we should do next we were just told they had “no record” of the phone when we have receipts she then went to help someone else who just walked in and practically just ignored us till we left. ( we only had asked if they had the phone and what happened we weren’t even there 5 minutes) we had to go to a completely different store (owned by corporate)where we were than instructed to call customer service/loyalty to get any information on what had happened.
could’ve avoided a lot of trouble had this employee just taken 10 minutes to explain what had happened/suggest corporate instead of repeating the same thing and ignoring us.

Needed to update family phone, Andrew, the manager went above and beyond customer service! Found the best deal, set us up, explained everything to a couple of old non-techies. After reading a couple of reviews complaining about service, jeez it’s Delano, can’t have a dozen people working full time. Make an appointment, first off, second if it’s busy stop back. Can’t handle that go to the big city.
