  I dropped my phone into a lake, and Jason was very helpful during the whole process of getting me a new one. He is very knowledgeable about the industry, and went over my different options in detail so I could make an informed decision. Once I received my replacement phone, I brought it into the store and he spent almost 2 hours with me setting it up and answering all my questions. He taught me new things and was very patient. He was able to multi-task and help other customers at the same time as me, despite being the only staff member that day. He cares about his customers and helping them make the best decision for their given situation.

  Jason and Jeremy were both very helpful and just down home good boys. They talked like regular people so I could understand and they fixed my phone FOR FREE without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Thanks, guys! It’s wonderful to know there’s people I can trust at the neighborhood Verizon store. :)

  Jeremy, who told me he was new to the store, made my experience great! Even though I ended up switching carriers after 20 years because of Verizon's prices, it definitely wasn't his fault. Extremely patient, helpful and was not pushy in selling me something i didn't need. Wish i could say the same for his manager that day who started by telling me he just got fired from T Mobile.. Not the best optics for a "leader" and then try to sell me stuff i specifically stated i didn't want from the start. I was sad I couldn't get Jeremy the commission he deserved. Great job, Jeremy, you're a great guy and salesman.

  Came in on a Sunday to get new iPhones for three people. We were all due for upgrades and had been Verizon customers. Jason was the manager and he was excellent. He truly cared about what was in our best interest and didn’t pitch us stuff we didn’t want/need. He was patient and honest through the technical difficulties that occurred. We spent several hours in the store but in the end it was all sorted out due to his patience. Jeremy also assisted us setting up our new devices and he did an excellent job. Both Jeremy and Jason are exemplary employees.
