We came in person hoping 2 get a replacement phone right away, but they were trying 2 sell me a new Galaxy 54 with some junk cover and fees added/then magically removed, but still overpriced us, and they pushed the sale, without giving us the fees breakdown or anything in paper detailing the potential purchase, very bad experience. We left their shop and bought the same phone from Cricket online, activation and all, for at least $70 less!
