I was a loyal customer for almost 18 years and finally decided to switch to T-Mobile. I was paying almost $200 per month for two lines, with two phones that were completely paid off. I walked in last night to talk about other plan options, but was immediately thrown off. Out of the four employees, two were on their phones, one was helping another customer and the other one, Cody, came up to us right away. Let him know we were wanting to look at our plan, since it was getting too expensive. He pulled the account up, and said everything was about right and not too out of the ordinary, as he's paying "$500 for 5 lines." Asked if there was any wiggle room with a new plan, and was given a brash "couple bucks at best" response. He obviously didn't care for helping us out. So because of the attitude of this specific location, I went straight to T-Mobile and switched service. Sad to go, but you gotta do what you gotta do these days.

I have been a Verizon customer for 32 years. I walked into my local verizon store on Dec 15, 2025 and ordered four phones. I walked out thinking "well that was easy". It was not and still not ok. I've since have spent hours and days on the phone talking with the verizon loyalty department in some far away country trying to solve all the problems that verizon messed up on. First, two of the phones they didn't have in stock. The rep said no worries we'll send them directly to your house. I said sure no problem. Well, we never received the phones. The customer service person said they was a "glitch" in there system so he said we needed to cancel the order and reorder. I called the loyalty dept again and was on the phone on Christmas eve for over two hours. He assured me everything was in order by the end of the conversation. He said we just needed to pick the phones up after Christmas at two different stores. We went to go pick my husbands phone right away in the morning and his was there. So we drive to the next store about 20 milles away to pick up my phone but they said they didn't have and would be in Tuesday. I said ok we'll be back Tuesday. I called that store on Tuesday and they said they had no phone for me and no information on this order. I called the original Verizon store they said they couldn't help me.
That phone order got lost in their system apparently. I then got in touch with another Verizon store who said they had one phone left of the phone I wanted so I went to that store. There was only one person working and the place was packed full of customers waiting. At this point I was very frustrsted and decided I could not wait 2 or more hours for a phone. By now I have given up on a new phone and wondering if I should change companies. Second problem: then I found out the two phones I ordered for my daughters were both 128mb when I had specifically ordered 256mb. I discovered this after my daughters said mom when we went to transfer our data from the old phone to the new phone it wouldn't upload all our stuff. So I looked on my verizon account and sure enough they had given us the wrong phones. We went back to our local verizon store where we purchased them and because it was 5 days after there 30 day window they would not help us in any way. They said once again call the loyalty dept. I did and waited on the line for an hour and couldn't wait any longer. These were not my mistake this was there mistake. So If this is how verizon treats a 32 year loyal customer. They should be ashamed. I have 6 lines times 32 years. That should mean something to them. If you're thinking of switching to verizon just know that they are super nice to you when your buying new phones and new lines but if you ever need customer service beware, I have never had such terrible service in my whole life. Still trying to get these situations resolved and it's Jan 22, 2026.

I recently went into North Branch Verizon to get my parents on to a family plan with me where we worked with Shelby who was fantastic. She took her time making sure my parents photos an contacts all transferred and help us contact there current provider so my parents could keep there phone number the same. I definitely recommend going to North Branch Verizon and ask for Shelby she was great and very knowledgeable.

First off I walk into store. 2 people waiting on left of building. I was greeted to a guy that had looked like he had been up all night partying. For him to say their is one ahead of you. While I look in back and their is about 4 to 5 slaps people their. Maybe I didn't fit their style to be waited on right away..So I waited a half hour. While they still huddled in back room. Then finally a guy comes up and says your next. I said great. As I was looking at a mustard stain prolly 4 to 5 inch diameter in the middle of his shirt. Looks like the night took him over. Hair all over the place...and a mustard filled shirt. Which it had been washed. Yes I doubled it wasn't fresh. Too early in the morning. Apparently Kumar had a rough night. (HAROLD AND KUMAR) So I asked the seller if he had a charger for a galaxy smart watch 4. Samsung mind you...He said no. And I said really I bought it here 3 years ago just looking to possibly test it to see if maybe the charger was bad. But Kumar didn't want to dig that far. Prolly severe hangover...so I said we'll I would like to buy the new galaxy watch 8. Can you get this in titanium white. He said not there. I would have to order. I was pretty disgusted by this time and decided to exit.
