Had issues with the pickup where it never got removed from the store's inventory and had to return to the store for them to remove the item from my account, refund it, and repurchase the item. Now my bill is twice that what it would normally be and I'm being charged a second activation fee as well as three lines of service. I tried giving the store an opportunity to resolve, but it's been a week without any communication. I've had to disable my auto pay to figure this out and my next step will be contacting corporate and district leadership. Not once was I given anything or credited anything due to this inconvenience. I very well could've never showed back up to repurchase the tablet. Maybe I should have given how this has turned out.
