She helped me get my mom a brand new iPhone 17 and Apple Watch for Christmas, and also helped me upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciate the entire staff at this Verizon location they’re all helpful and professional but Mel is hands down the best. She is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly. She’s always available if you have questions, whether it’s about devices, upgrades, or your plan. I can’t say enough good things about Mel. Her customer service doesn’t stop once the sale is done, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and will make the process easy and stress-free, Mel is the person to see!

Melissa and Bailee cleaned up her phone for her (my mother is 80) and had their tech person fix it from the hackers. The ladies were absolutely wonderful, they gave me information for my mother so she could deal with the rest of the fall out of the scam. My mother made the mistake of answering her phone to scammers. The absolute scum of this world who take advantage of our elderly. But I would like to thank Melissa and Bailee for their help. I also believe it was around closing time and they stayed until it was all taken care of.

The only issues we ran into was a trade in of sorts that we had trouble getting it in the system to work. Bailee told me she would fix it, and I believe her or hope that it does I left the old phone with her since I traded it in lol. All in all I would go there again for help on any issues I have better than St Croix’s Verizon store who got me something I was over paying for! 😊☺️
