I am not a technical person and even with all my questions, he never made me feel unknowledgable. I hope the rest of the employees are half as approachable as he. Even though I requested to speak with him specifically the day I relinquished my phone, the other staff were also responsive asking if I needed assistance and offered me water. You should be proud of your employees especially Jackson. Helped set up my GPS saving me a trip to North Branch. God bless this young man. I pray he will be there for any upcoming queries.
