We had switched to another provider a few years ago and had nothing but problems. Verizon is definitely the best for cell coverage and customer service!

Then you get your bill…we were supposed to have a trade in promotion on a new phone, wrong plan was set up which did not honor the trade in and bill was reflecting us being charged for the device each month(and they took our older device) Verizon customer service was able to correct the issue and very apologetic. Recently store reached out to help lower our bill, made changes and promises, next bill was even higher. Reached out directly to the store and was treated like I was the problem and told there was nothing to be done. Called the 1-800-Verizon and they were able to lower my bill by $67. Don’t waste your time dealing with this place.

Josh was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He set everything up for us, even our phone pairing in our cars. We are aging seniors and don’t always understand todays electronics . Josh was able to explain so we understood. Thank you Verizon for hiring an employee we could understand.
